Last week, Kavan came down with the RSV Virus, which caused him to have problems breathing, similar to a asthma attack. A steroid shot, a couple of breathing treatments, a test for RSV, chest films and a blood culture later the doctor at the ER had him flown, by helicopter, to Children's Hospital in San Diego at 1 am, so they could keep a watchful eye on him since small children that get the virus can be overcome with mucus that blocks the airways. He is a lucky one, we were able to take him home the next day, once they could stabilize his breathing and the doc saw his condition wasn't getting any worse.

Love the videos and pictures. I so glad that Kavan is feeling better. Marissa had RSV when she was a month old no were as nearly as bad as that! She spent a night in the oxgen tent and was better in the morning. Videos of walking and dancing are so precious! What a good doggie you have! I can't wait to see you all, I hope that it is soon. \
