The boys 1st Air Show

Today we took Kavan and Dw to the annual Hemet Ryan Air Show down the street from our house. The boys are really into planes right now, always having to point out and wave to one when it goes by. Here are some shot from our afternoon.

This is a shot of a rescue helicopter showing us a demonstration... the boys really got a kick out of that- they were close.

"See, see, it right there!"

Dw was so excited bouncing around all over.

In this shot there was a big group of sky divers coming down with smoke trails.

These are those sky divers now with there parachutes out, gliding around the sky.

We saw lots of cool old planes today.

Scooter fun!

Here we have Daddy having some fun with the boys during our BBQ on Monday. The boys were so excited chasing Daddy around the patio. Kavan has been trying to ride that scooter for a few weeks now... it is his favorite. So Daddy gave him a try at riding it too.

Mother's Day at the beach

We had a nice and warm day at the beach on Mother's Day. Seemed like a good day to get out of town and enjoy some sun, sand (for the kids) and that great change of pace only the beach can bring. It was very nice that day, a good haze to keep the sun from beating down but still warm with a slight breeze. The boys enjoyed it, well except for Kavan.... he wouldn't leave my lap the whole time, the sand freaked him out.... maybe a little bit of his father coming out in that one. So that gave me some good cuddle time.

Kavan on the phone

Here is a clip of Kavan on the phone with Nana. He is getting better at talking on the phone, he practices with Dw's Elmo phone that Nana gave him. Funny thing is he paces around the house just like Daddy while he is talking.
