The Johnsons in Cali: Our Family in 2008

Wow, this past year was the busiest year we've had yet. So many visitors from both sides of the family. Of course to kick off the beginning of the year was the arrival of Kavan on January 28, one day later Ma came to stay for three weeks. During that time we were able to have Carly and Claire over for lunch and to visit the kids. They just happen to be in California on their vacation in Palm Springs, it was good timing. Then Nadine, Tommy and Jesse arrived soon after that marking their first trip to California.

This trip was to the San Diego Zoo, snap, got Dwight in the picture just in time.

Then came March, my older sister Melanie came to visit with her Husband and three girls from Ripon, California. We celebrated St. Patrick's Day and Easter with them finally having all the cousins together totaling 8.

On June 13th Trevor had his 5th grade graduation Day.

In July we made our annual trip to Gloucester, that trip is dedicated in loving memory to Grampy, we love you.

All of the grandkids and one great granddaughter makes up this group with Nana, together at Tom and Nadine's.

Then in September my Mother came to stay with us for 2 weeks, she made a road trip to us from Antonito, Colorado.

During that time we were able to hook up with our close friends Jon & Jen, who now live in Tennessee to celebrate the coming of their new baby at a baby shower thrown for them by his parents in Temecula.
